The End of the AAA Goldrush
THE AI FOUNDER'S FIELDBOOK #2
One of the largest online figures just shook up the AI Automation Agency world.
On November 1st, Andrew Tate launched his AI Automation Campus as part of his "Real World" program, aiming to teach thousands of young entrepreneurs how to build AI automation agencies.
Some are already calling this the beginning of the end for the AAA model:

They see thousands of new agencies flooding into our space and assume the opportunity is gone.
They see this as a sign that the market is about to become oversaturated.
But they're missing something crucial: this isn't the end - it's validation on a massive scale.
Today, I'm breaking down:
1. Why this "saturation" is actually a powerful market signal
2. How to leverage this incoming wave of interest to your advantage
Let’s get into it.
NOTE: If you’d like to watch my YouTube video on this topic you can watch it here instead!
The Power of Market Validation
When people cry "saturation," what they're really saying is:
This business model works.
Would thousands of people suddenly jump into a failing business model?
Of course not.
They're coming because they see the fire behind the smoke. They see money being made.
Look at the real estate industry. There are 1.5 million Realtors in the United States. Yet every single day, more people get their real estate license.
Why?
Because they know the top 5% make $500,000+ per year. The top 1% make millions. They're entering one of the most "saturated" markets in the world because they see the opportunity.
The Reality of AI Market Adoption
Unlike real estate, we're nowhere near saturation in the AI space.
We're barely at the starting line.
Take every dental practice in the United States. If you counted how many are using an effective AI voice receptionist system, what percentage would it be?
Less than a percent of a percent?
The same goes for almost any other industry you can think of.
The market isn't saturated - it's virtually untouched.
Through our consultancy work at Morningside AI, we've seen the reality firsthand. Most businesses aren't even ready to adopt AI. They're still at square one, trying to understand what AI even is.
This isn't speculation - it's what we're seeing first hand with our clients every day.

The Warren Buffett Principle and Timing
One of my favorite all-time business quotes and one that is constantly on my mind is from Warren Buffett:
"It's not about how hard you row, it's about the boat you're in."
These words are so important to understand in today's business arena.

The AI Automation Agency model and AI entrepreneurship as a whole is by far the best ‘boat’ on the market right now.
It’s riding the largest tech trend in the last 15 years. And if you’re reading this, you’ve caught it right at the earliest stages. For the next decade we have a clear path ahead.
When I started in entrepreneurship, all I had were the crumbs left from the dropshipping boom. It took me 14 months just to make my first dollar in profit online.
But right now we're at the beginning of something much bigger, and 18 year old me would have killed to have this sitting in his lap, so I feel a sense of duty to slap some sense into those of you who are only just getting into entrepreneurship now.
The Real Impact of Tate's Program
So what will this new course release and those soon to follow from other make money online creators actually do to the AAA market?
We can split it into immediate and long-term effects:
Immediate Effects:
• Mainstream Validation: The AAA model just got a massive boost in visibility from Tate putting it front and center. It's no longer just me trying to scream the message out - we're seeing the model itself go mainstream.
• Early Mover Proof: For those of us already in this game, it's validation of everything we've been building. New people are saying "Hey, I wish I'd gotten into this sooner" - and that's exactly what we want to hear.

After the hype of 2023, interest in AAAs bottomed out. Now we’re back on the rise.
Long-term Changes:
• Quality Divide: This influx of newbies creates a clear divide between those who know what they're doing and those just starting out. Your experience and personal brand becomes your most important asset. Forget trying to get paid right away, you need to prioritize experience over money more than ever moving forward until you have solidified your team’s credibility.
• Opportunity in Skepticism: We'll see increased skepticism towards AI service providers, just like what happened with SMMA - everyone got burned by agencies promising the world but delivering nothing. But here's the opportunity: while others make promises, you'll have case studies and real implementations to show.
Your Strategic Moves
To make sure you thrive in this next phase of the AI Automation Agency’s adoption, here's what you need to do starting today:
• Go All In Now: This is your last window to establish yourself before the masses arrive. I've always said we'd have this early period to find our feet - well, they're about to arrive. The early mover advantage is shrinking daily and AI won't wait.
• Build Authority Through The Wave: Thousands will soon be searching for anything AI automation related. This is your chance to build a personal brand that marks you as an expert. Share your solutions in action, showcase real case studies, break down how tools work. When you pitch to clients, having 10,000 followers instantly separates you from the flood of newcomers.
• Sell Shovels In The Gold Rush: We're building a whole new business ecosystem. These new agencies will need tools - from client acquisition to solution delivery. One great example I saw: a voice agent testing tool that automated a typically manual process. Start your agency first, find the pain points, then build solutions for others.

• Stay The Course: Building in the AI space is the smartest play right now. You'll develop essential skills for the AI age while positioning yourself where the money's flowing. Leverage this wave of hype to grow your following and establish yourself before true saturation hits. The money will come, just stick with it!
The Road Ahead
Where there's smoke, there's fire.
And right now, we're seeing more smoke than ever as this model matures.
Think about it - if new realtors don't mind joining the back of the queue of 1.5 million people, why would being AI automation agency owner number 5,001 discourage you?
Especially when we're sitting on the edge of an industry that is rapidly expanding in all directions.
We still have years before true saturation hits, and by then those who moved fast NOW will have built brands that stand above the noise.
Our time is now.
It’s about to start raining outside.
All you need to do is grab a bucket.
Keep going,
Liam 💪🏼
